Funding
A typical scheme is funded in three parts:
- Housing Corporation Grant.
- Capitalised rental receipts, less management and maintenance.
- Sale of part of some units.
We deviate from this structure more and more because of the fragility of the grant element. We will incorporate private rent, market sale or our scheme may become a donor scheme for market housing partners to provide cross subsidy.
