Cascade will undertake a complete examination of the available land supply. We will shortlist those sites that are suitably located from both a planning and deliverability perspective.

Cascade will negotiate an agreement that will result in a legal contract to purchase the preferred site from the landowner.

This aspect of our business is extremely time consuming. It can be expensive and fraught with hidden costs,  many of which are abortive. We are, however, more competent than most at backing successful sites.
