Cascade delivers affordable housing solutions throughout the United Kingdom. Cascade is a member of the  Kitewood Group which has, to date, constructed in excess of 1200 purpose built affordable units. We have also accommodated more than 4,500 people, and unlike perhaps the little girls wish above, our schemes always try to account for conflict, they are also practical and tirelessly thought out.

 As a by-product of our schemes,  we have positively contributed to the local economy, provided financial support to local schools,  contributed to parklands,  made road improvements and funded training for local school leavers.

In order for us to exist, our affordable housing has to be  priced at levels equal to, or below, any of our competitors, including those of a charitable status. For the organisation to grow,   we must deliver on time, on target and innovatively adapt to a fast changing world.

Cascade's customers are registered social landlords and local communities. We also build for owner occupiers and are creating new models to work directly for community trusts and REIT’s.

Cascade provides homes  to assist with both the rural and urban affordable housing problems that exist in modern day Britain.
